The Italian people have the sacrosanct right to come to the attention of the national debt or guaranteed by the state.
The purpose of this Commission will 'to ascertain the real causes and motives and government policies that have brought our country to the current debt, and economic conditions treated on interest rates on loans financial domestic and international.
Following the investigations, the Commission will allow 'the Italian institutions to submit its comments and proposals on economic and also check if they have been made illegally' on the trading of loans.
