This is thrash metal! But thrash metal done with the sacred chrism! The Havok, from the United States of America, specifically from the city of Denver, Colorado and have been active for about seven years. This brand new "Time Is Up", published on Candlelight Records, is their second studio album, which comes on the music industry after a little less than two years after the debut album "Burn". Musically, we've anticipated, Havok's a fine play thrash metal, heavily inspired by the California scene, so to speak, that of the Bay Area. The influences are the usual, or Metallica Megadeth, Exodus, Testament, but especially those of the early works in particular. They are so similar to the band, Chuck Billy, who in more than one juncture the two groups, with the proper proportions, are mixed. This does not mean that Havok is a clone of the band Testament, far from it instead. David Sanchez and his companions in fact, have very specific identity, even if they have to improve in personality. "Time Is Up" is however a discrete album, where he was taken due to the power, without losing the technique, especially the guitar, something not to be underestimated in what is the style of the bottom of Havok.
